+1 Tongue Escape Rebirth Guide โ Requirements, Reset & Multiplier
How Rebirth works in +1 Tongue Escape: the Level-gated offer, what resets and what survives, the Before/After multiplier fields, and when resetting is worth it.
Rebirth in +1 Tongue Escape is the multiplier reset: reach the Level your current offer demands, press the purple Rebirth button, and trade your Level progress for a permanent training multiplier. It is the game's long-term progression engine โ every later grind runs faster โ but the reset is real, so knowing what it wipes (and what it keeps) matters before your first one.
How to rebirth
- Open Rebirth on the left side of the screen and read your current offer: the Level progress bar shows current Level over required Level (a 15/30 readout means Level 15 toward a Level 30 target โ not ready yet).
- Train on a treadmill until your Level meets the requirement shown in your menu.
- Before confirming, note your current Level, Total Tongue, multiplier and Wins balance โ the reset warning tells you exactly which progress is being wiped.
- Press the purple Rebirth button. The blue Skip Rebirth button beside it is a separate paid offer (49 Robux in the October catalog) โ do not touch it by accident.
- After the reset, re-read the HUD: your Level is lower and your multiplier is higher. Resume training.
What a rebirth actually changes
One captured early rebirth recorded the full before/after:
| Field | Before | After |
|---|---|---|
| Level | 10 | 1 |
| Total Tongue | 176 | 0 |
| Rebirth bonus | +0% | +50% |
| Current multiplier | x1.00 | x1.50 |
The same account's next offer read progress 1/20 with an x2.00 preview โ Level 20 to unlock, x2.00 not yet earned. That is the ladder's shape: each rebirth demands a higher Level and offers a bigger multiplier, and the previews in the window describe the next target, not what you already have.
Seen in footage ยท 2026-10-27Two calibration notes from that same capture. First, these are one account's numbers, not a universal formula โ your offer's Level target depends on your own rebirth count. Second, the bonus display and the multiplier display describe the same thing at different scales (+50% โ x1.50); the HUD in later gameplay shows the percentage form (Rebirths +50%, +110%), so read both as your training multiplier.
What resets โ and what survives
The reset warning is explicit about Levels: an ordinary rebirth sends you back to Level 1 and zeroes Total Tongue, and you should plan to retrain before attempting the same reach-dependent gaps.
What survives is the part the game is quieter about. Captured tests indicate a positive Wins balance โ bank free Wins before resetting and purchased items/boosts persist, but a complete retention checklist across every reset type (and the paid Skip) is not proven โ the honest move is to screenshot your inventory before your first rebirth and verify on your own account. The Skip Rebirth dev product (49 Robux) exists precisely because the retrain is the expensive part; whether it skips the Level loss, the wait, or both should be read in your own offer before buying.
When rebirthing is worth it
The math from the capture: a first rebirth at Level 10 costs you roughly nine Levels of retraining and returns a permanent +50%. If your next training session anyway targets Level 20 for the second offer, the multiplier compounds across everything you train afterward โ tongue gains, Level fills, and the reach that keeps the stage loop fast. Rebirth early, rebirth often is the standard Roblox-simulator logic, and it holds here as long as you bank free Wins first (they survive) and time the reset before a long play session, not after.
FAQ
Rebirth questions
What Level do you need to rebirth in +1 Tongue Escape?
Your current offer's target โ read it in the Rebirth menu. Early offers sit in the Level 10โ30 range (Level 10 in one captured first rebirth, Level 20 offered next), and the requirement grows with each rebirth. The menu's progress fraction is the only requirement that matters for your account.
What does the rebirth multiplier do?
It multiplies your training gains: a +50% (x1.50) rebirth bonus makes every treadmill session fill Level and Tongue half again as fast. The bonus applies to training, not to Wins payouts from stage pads โ those come from the pads themselves and the 2X Wins pass.
Is Skip Rebirth worth 49 Robux?
Only you can price the retrain. Skip exists because the post-reset grind is the real cost of rebirthing; if you would rather pay than re-run early Levels, read what your Skip offer states before buying โ its exact effect has not been documented in a first-party capture.
Do I lose my tongue when I rebirth?
No tongue loss has been observed โ captured resets kept purchases and equipped items. But retention across every reset path is not fully proven, so screenshot your inventory first and compare after.
